Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group patients are treated with IVIG, 1 gram and Prednizolon, 2 miligram ?in combination with 3 drug Helicobacter pylori treatment including Clarithromycin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being at the age of 2-15 years Children with ?acute ITP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autoimmune disorders, AIDS and Hepatitis Patients with thrombocytopenia caused by medication and other causes Consumption Proton pump Inhibitor and H2 blocker drugs during last month Intolerance to eradication treatments for Helicobacter pylori infection

MeasureTime frame
Platelet. Timepoint: At the end of the first week, the first month and the second month and the third month and the sixth month. Method of measurement: Blood test.
