Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All candidate patients for CABG referring to Amir Al-Momenin Hospital in Arak All candidate patients for elective surgeries 45-80 years All patients whose surgery duration is less than 6 hours All patients in ASA class 3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent emergency CABG surgery Patients whose surgery duration was more than 6 hours Patients who, in addition to CABG, are candidates for valve replacement surgery Patients who experience cardiopulmonary arrest during surgery
