Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Confirmed diagnosis of unruptured cerebral aneurysm based on MRI and CT angiography findings. No prior history of coiling procedure No prior history of stroke or thromboembolic events Undergoing coiling surgery (without stent placement) No history of intracranial hemorrhage Absence of any ruptured, infected, or traumatic aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient death during surgery Patients who require re-operation (with or without hemorrhage) and were previously receiving aspirin or Plavix for another condition Refusal to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
Cerebral Ischemic Events (Vascular and Neurological Complications). Timepoint: 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 weeks, and three months after surgery. Method of measurement: CT-scan.;Stroke. Timepoint: 24 hours, 2 weeks, and 3 months after surgery. Method of measurement: NIHSS questionnaire.
