Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years ASA Class I or II Inclusion of patients of both sexes Patients with burns requiring debridement No known allergy to the medications used in the study Absence of underlying medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hypertension Absence of psychiatric or psychological disorders Absence of peripheral or central neuropathy Consent to participate in the study
