Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years ASA Class I or II Inclusion of patients of both sexes Patients with burns requiring debridement No known allergy to the medications used in the study Absence of underlying medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hypertension Absence of psychiatric or psychological disorders Absence of peripheral or central neuropathy Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Lack of cooperation Death

Pain. Timepoint: Initially, one, two, four, six, and 12 hours after debridement. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale of pain.;Sedation. Timepoint: One and two hours after debridement. Method of measurement: Ramssay score.
