Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient has chronic subdural hematoma. Age over 60 years Patient satisfaction Hematoma greater than 1 cm in diameter or midline shift greater than 5 mm requiring surgery No need for surgery, meaning no loss of consciousness or diameter less than 1 cm or midline shift less than 5 mm, in patients with chronic subdural hematoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction Patient death for any reason before completion of the study
