Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All female candidates for pelvic floor surgery 30-80 age The absence of severe underlying conditions (liver, kidney, heart, and lung diseases) Patients with ASA class between I and II General anesthesia The duration of APR surgery is at least 120 minutes and at most 180 minutes Body mass index (BMI) less than 30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All patients who experience cardiac-respiratory arrest during surgery All patients who are transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after surgery Lack of patient cooperation to continue in the study
