Intervention 1: In the first intervention group: 4 cc of 0.5% Bupivacaine (from a vial containing 20 mg in 4 mL of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride 0.5% made by Hyangnam Pharmaceutical Company, South Korea)

30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female candidates for pelvic floor surgery 30-80 age The absence of severe underlying conditions (liver, kidney, heart, and lung diseases) Patients with ASA class between I and II General anesthesia The duration of APR surgery is at least 120 minutes and at most 180 minutes Body mass index (BMI) less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients who experience cardiac-respiratory arrest during surgery All patients who are transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after surgery Lack of patient cooperation to continue in the study

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: In recovery and at 2, 4, 8, 12 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale of pain.;Nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: Recovery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;Shivering. Timepoint: Recovery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.
