18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 85 years old Body mass index of 38 kg m2 or less Candidate for knee joint replacement surgery Absence of underlying disease Absence of sensitivity to any of the studied drugs Absence of neuropathy in the operated organ No history of chronic pain Absence of spinal contraindications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of cooperation Lack of consent to participate in the study For any reason, spinal anesthesia becomes ineffective in the patient and another anesthesia method is used to continue the operation

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Recovery and 2-4-8-12-24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale of pain.;Mean drug consumption in 24 hours after surgery. Timepoint: At the end of the study. Method of measurement: Physical examination.
