Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fractures who needed instrumentation from the first thoracic vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra Age between 18 and 65 years Consent to surgery and CT scan after surgery do not have any degenerative abnormalities or malignancy or pathological deformities such as scoliosis, kyphoscoliosis in the spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who need any additional measures such as corpectomy or laminectomy or cement injection and vertebroplasty during the operation due to the type and number of vertebral fractures are excluded from the study. Non-cooperation to continue the study The existence of any evidence of degenerative or malignant or infectious abnormalities or pathological deformities such as scoliosis, kyphoscoliosis in the spine in imaging and laboratory studies
