Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with distal radius fracture Age 18 to 60 years Absence of underlying disease Absence of Velar Barton fracture Absence of pathological fracture Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Lack of cooperation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Limitation of movement and wrist assessment. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks for 6 weeks and then 1.5 months, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Cooney modification of the Green and O'Brien score.;Pain. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks for 6 weeks and then 1.5 months, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Pain visual analog score.;Infection. Timepoint: in the days of 2 weeks and 1.5 months after the operation. Method of measurement: Physical examination.;Fracture healing. Timepoint: 1.5, 3 and 6 months after the operation. Method of measurement: Radiological examination.
