Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inter trochanteric fractures Age 18 years and above Fracture duration less than 2 weeks Absence of multiple fractures Absence of pathological fractures No history of underlying bone disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death Reluctance to participate in the study
