Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age less than 70 years Absence of osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint Patients with irreversible anthrosoprior or posterior superior rupture Extensive and irreparable rupture of the rotator cuff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction
