Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages 18 to 60 years Possibility to gavage or start oral feeding Glomerular filtration above 50% Patients hospitalized in intensive care units

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to anti-coagulant Allergy to Rivaroxaban
