Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Irritable bowel syndrome, according to a gastroenterologist Age 20 to 50 years No history of any bowel surgery No catching epilepsy, diabetes, hypertension, kidney and bile stones, hepatitis, heart disease and hyperlipidemia No use of hypoglycemic drugs, hypertensive drugs ,blood thinners, corticosteroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Lack of known sensitivity to turmeric
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People are reluctant to continue research for any reason Pregnancy during the study Feeling uncomfortable taking medication
