Interventions

Intervention group: samples will receive educational intervention plan based on determined learning needs , after responding to research tool at first stage, Beside routine care in hemodialysis ward,

and implement in 4-6 private sessions and 1-2 general sessions, if necessary, along with showing video,posters and pamphlets. Control group will receive only routine care in hemodialysis ward..

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterias :patients with at least 3 months of hemodialysis history, Hemodialysis for at least 3 to 4 hours per session and at least 2 times a week, signing the consent form, Age over 18 years, No history of psychiatric diseases or auditory, visual and speech defects according to family reports, Ability to communicate verbally, understand Persian language , read and write.. Exclusion criterias: Occurance of any psychiatric disorder or visual, auditory defects in research period, patient desire to withdraw from the study.
