Conditions

Premature ejaculation, Opioid addicted. The inability to control ejaculation sufficiently for both partners to enjoy sexual interaction, Mental and behavioural disorders due to use of opioids.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 1) Men (candidate for withdraws of opioids ) with premature ejaculation to be approved by a specialist 2) At first stage of treatment by methadone for withdraws of opioids 3) Age between 20 -50 years old 4) At least from three months ago they did not receive any treatments for premature ejaculation . Exclusion criteria are : 1) Patients with liver or kidney disorders. 2) Alcohol addicted patients 3) Patient who dose not obey from treatment pattern
