Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nurses with bachelor's degree or higher; At least six months experience in a critical care Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue participation in the stud; moving to other wards during the study; participation in some training courses related to the research subject during the study; doing the procedure less than twice during the intervention
