Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:patients with elective orthopedic or urologic surgery aged between 20 and 60 years old. Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiopulmonary disease; hypothyroidism or hperthyroidism; patients with psychologic disorders, a need for transfusion during surgery; an initial body temperature more than 38 or less than 36? C; a known history of alcohol or substance abuse; or receiving vasodilators; or medications likely to alter thermoregulation; patients with spinal anesthesia failure.
