Control: The nurses who did not participate in the training program. The nurses' level of confidence and attitude regarding violence and aggression in the emergency department, will be recorded.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Experiencing violence at least 3-4 times; At least 6 months experience in emergency ward; Lack of critical exigent circumstances at the time of answering the questions. Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the study; vacation or absence more than two weeks.
