Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Experiencing violence at least 3-4 times; At least 6 months experience in emergency ward; Lack of critical exigent circumstances at the time of answering the questions. Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the study; vacation or absence more than two weeks.
