Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: no history of surgery on shoulders; physiotherapy at least for six month; no treatment with any kind of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs; no injection of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs in subacromion region. Exclusion criteria: age under sixty years old; any arthropathy in rotator cuff region.
