Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over 65 years old Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I-III elective surgey on lower extremities or lower abdomen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: disagreement with spinal anesthesia local infection of needle insertion site Hemorrhagic disorders severe hypovolmia uncontrolled congestive heart failure severe valvular stenosis Increased intracranial pressure allergy to local anesthetics
