Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ability to read and write No hearing and speaking problems Lack of mental disorder and forgetfulness Embodiment of artificial heart valve for the first time Patient access to mobile phone The patient is not a medical or nursing staff member Age of the patient aged 16 to 85 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a serious illness Refusal of the patient to participate in the research Uncontrolled underlying illness Patient with limited movement
