Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age greater than 40 Patients with stroke with decreased level of consciousness Dysphagia Hospitalization for at least 10 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous stroke Asthma Intubation Bronchitis Infectious lung disease Bronchoscopy Before hospitalization
