Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Every women who is a candidate for cesarean section can include in the study. Exclusion criteria: immunodeficiency; taking systemic corticosteroids; history of diabetes or gestational diabetes; twin pregnancy; hemoglobine less than 11 mg/dl; BMI>25; surgery duration >1.5 hour and bleeding > 1500 cc.

Duration of wound healing due to cesarean section. Timepoint: Five days after surgery and plasma injection. Method of measurement: Observation.;Amount of keloid production and hypertrophic scar due to cesarean section. Timepoint: Eight weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: Observation.

MeasureTime frame
Pain level. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;Infection rate after surgery. Timepoint: Five days after surgery. Method of measurement: Observation and clinical examination.
