Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: students with the age range of 15-18 years, having regular and normal menstruation periods (with intervals of 21 to 35 days and duration of 3 to 7 days). ;Exclusion criteria consisted of unwillingness to participate in the study and lack of proper registration for daily forms.

Reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Timepoint: Prior to and two months following the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire psst (Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool: PSST).
