Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Lack of primary psychological disorder; Lack of underlying disease for example, hypertension, diabetes, hypercholosterolemia and Cardiovascular disease; woman; The absence of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases; Age of 18-55 years; Body mass index 30-35; consent Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of psychological disorder; Occurrence of metabolic disorder or musculoskeletal and neurological diseases
