Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the study were willingness to participate in the study; passage of at most 2 years from their retirement; non-voluntary retirement; not having the history of chronic mental and physical disorders; not participating in psychotherapy classes during the study period. The exclusion criteria of the study were absence from more than two intervention session ; simultaneously participating in other psychotherapy programs.
