Inclusion criteria: Have a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing Employment in the nursing profession in teaching hospitals affiliated to Yasuj University of Medical Sciences Completion and return of informed written consent and questionnaires at the starting point of the study

Timepoint: The score of professional behavior and moral sensitivity will be measured at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and one month after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Nurses 'Professional Behavior Questionnaire and Nurses' moral Sensitivity Questionnaire.	—
