Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: woman undergoing elective cesarean section with gravid 1 and 2. Exclusion criteria: elevated intra cranial pressure; infection at the site of injection; lower extremity peripheral neuropathy; malignancy; benign tumors with probability of being malignant; hypersensitivity to light such as lupus and history of convulsion.

Pain. Timepoint: Immediately after laser irradiation and 1,4,8,12,16 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.
