Infantswith wieght less than 1500 grams with only disease HMD without other disease for example congenital heart disease,asphyxia , chromosomal abnormalities, renal-electrolyte, diaphragmatic hernia

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for entrance study infants less than 37 weeks with HMD The criteria for exit of study infant with other than disease associated with HMD for example HIE and CHD ....

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Effect of fluticasone inhaler in decrease severity HMD. Timepoint: at birth time and starting treatment to discharge at hospital. Method of measurement: duration hospitalizatin and mechanical ventilation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There is no side effect with use fluticasone inhaler. Timepoint: at birth time and starting treatment to discharge at hosp. Method of measurement: duration hospitalizatin and mechanical ventilation.
