Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 40 and 70 Suffering from knee osteoarthritis grade 2 and 3 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 and 2 classifications

Exclusion criteria: Patient's unwillingness to participate in the study Allergy to medications taken Cardiovascular disease and blood clotting disorders Joint infections immune disorder Rheumatic diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Patients are followed up at baseline (before the start of the study), 1, 4, and 12 weeks after the injection. Method of measurement: The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) are used to examine the data.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Performance limitation. Timepoint: Patients are followed up at baseline (before the start of the study), 1, 4, and 12 weeks after the injection. Method of measurement: The WOMAC criterion is used.
