Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCO patients undergoing fresh IVF/ICSI cycle in antagonist protocol between age of 20-50, BMI 19-30

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Rates of oocyte maturation and rate of oocyte disintegrationin both groups. Timepoint: egg collection day. Method of measurement: percentage of oocyte maturation & percentage of disintegration.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Rate of OHSS (early& late ), cacellation rate, pregnancy rate, clinical/ongoing pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rates and early pregnancy losses. Timepoint: first trimester. Method of measurement: percentage of : OHSS, pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rate and early pregnancy losses.
