Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: intervention group 1: under treatment whit pilocarpin 1% eye drop.. Each participants will received one bottle of eye drop whit specific concentration of pilocarpin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All 45- 65 years old patient that refer to Poostchi eye clinic due to presbyopia and problem to do their near work due to presbyopia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: high refractive error significant cataract narrowing of angle of eyes

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Uncorrected near visual acuity that assessed whit near visual chart. Timepoint: At first of study and one moth after using eye drop. Method of measurement: near chrat of vision.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Dry eye. Timepoint: at first day and 1 month after using eye drop. Method of measurement: slit lamp examination.	—
