Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Risk of heart failure (ejection fraction below 40%), infection serum vitamin D deficiency (serum levels of vitamin D below 20 ng/ml) Exclusion criteria: Death of patient, a lack of regular drug Consumption
