Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age > 18; BMI >40 or BMI<35 with an obesity comorbidity; Exclusion criteria: past history of cholecystectomy; gallstone in sonography before surgery; using drugs with imteracting urodeoxycholic acid; cirrhosis; hemolytic disease; intolerance of urodeoxy cholic acid; no correct use of urodeoxy cholic acid
