Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women candidates for elective cesarean section ASA I-II Minimum NPO time of 8 hours Single pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Spinal anesthesia contraindications Diabetes Kidney failure Coagulopathy Liver disease Heart disease History of seizures, Neurological disease, Migraine and pressure headaches, History of opium addiction, Failure of spinal anesthesia, or repeated attempts to perform spinal anesthesia, Systolic pressure greater than 150 and less than 100, Preeclampsia, Fetal anomaly , Intrauterine growth restriction Weight above 100, height less than 150 and more than 180 cm Hemoglobin less than 8, Cesarean section more than 3 times and Allergy to acetaminophen caffeine.
