Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 and years ASA class I and II One or two levels of lumbar laminectomy ± discectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to each of medications Heart disease Liver disease Psychological and cognitive disabilities Known cases of chronic pain syndromes Drug abuse Neurological disease Circadian rhythm disruption (such as daytime fatigue , somnolence) Renal disease Opium addicted patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of pain. Timepoint: 2-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour after surgery. Method of measurement: VAS Score.;Anxiety. Timepoint: 2-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour after surgery. Method of measurement: HADS questionnaire.

Secondary
