Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients in the intervention group receive 5 mg / kg of aminophylline as bolus after induction of anesthesia and then receive aminophylline infusion at a dose of 0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are undergoing liver transplant surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiac arrhythmia Tachycardia Renal injury Obstructive uropathy Congenital anomalies of the kidney Creatinine above 1.5 Sodium level less than 135 Patients who use of donated cadaver liver

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Glomerular filtration rate. Timepoint: Before the operation and daily until 5 days post-operatively. Method of measurement: Cochcroft and Gault formula.;Serum creatinine level. Timepoint: Before the operation and daily until 5 days post-operatively. Method of measurement: Venous blood sample.
