Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 16 - 65 years old, elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asthma; Chronic cough, upper respiratory tract infection two weeks before surgery; smoking; steroid therapy;using bronchodilator and ACE inhibitor.
