Mastectomy. Encounter for breast reconstruction following mastectomy

Interventions

Intervention 1: Patients undergoing mastectomy will receive a brief psychotherapy intervention in a patient-centered empathy approach based on the score obtained from the Spielberger Anxiety Questionn

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 to 60 Risk levels of anesthesia 1 and 2 Patients undergoing mastectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are Medical staff Illiterate patients and below 9 – class education Psychiatric disorders Substance abuse or opium addiction Alcoholic Sever physical illness Patients who are candidate for emergency surgery
