Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Patients: 18 years or more, Lack of cognitive impairment, Ability to speak in Persian, At least 48 hours and last up to 72 hours of hospital stay, have full consciousness, Inclusion criteria for nurses: At least six months experience working in the intensive care unit, Exclusion criteria for patients: Not for any reason during the study period in both intervention and control groups, Transfer to another, Discharge, Become ill, Exclusion criteria Nurses: Transfer to another
