Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age less than 32 weeks or birth weight less than or equal to 1500 grams Hospitalization at Al-Zahra or Zahra Mardani Aari Center No major anomalies at birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders (intraventricular hemorrhage, moderate to severe hydrocephalus, stroke, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy) Craniofacial anomalies (cleft lip or cleft palate, airway disorders, ankyloglossia) Gastrointestinal disorders (gastrointestinal reflux (GER), necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), obstructions or atresia in the digestive tract)
