Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entrance criteria: no systematic illness, no sensitivity to Lidocaine and Epinephrine, not using antidepressants and tranquilizers for two weeks, having 6 healthy interior teeth which answer vital tests. Exclusion criteria: pain in 6 interior teeth as the result of touching, any surgery background in the given area.

MeasureTime frame
Severity of pain. Timepoint: Every 5, 30 and 55 seconds after starting injection. Method of measurement: Based on visual pain scale (VAS).;Total anesthesia of teeth. Timepoint: 1 minute after injecting infiltration and once after every 3 minute to minute 31. Method of measurement: Based on pulp electric test.
