Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 18-65 years; Moderate to severe pain for 4-72 hours or more. exclusion criteria: Fever or evidence of infection; Headaches; Pregnancy; Diabetes; Blood pressure; Ischemic heart disease and kidney disease.
