Rehabilitation
The action observation functional film group : in this group was used of 29 clip of functional activities one-minute with 5 repetitions (each session are shown 3 clip one-minute with 5 repetitions) pl
The action observation non functional film group : in this group was used of 60 symbol of non functional activities for one-minute with 5 repetitions plus routine rehabilitation treatment.
Control Group: This group was used for routine rehabilitation alone (without any film or symbol).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : hemiparesis of the middle cerebral artery ischemic range; 6-3 months after the first stroke; the age range of 65-40 years; normal mental status; normal vision; spasticity 2-1 intensity; muscle powerabove 2. Exclusion criteria: a body mass index greater than 30; Having Wernicke's aphasia; cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; neurological surgery and other diseases of the nervous system ; neglect in the right hemisphere lesions; depression and stress; advanced osteoarthritis of the lower extremities
