Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full consent to participate in the study Working in the oncology department Having at least one year of clinical experience in the oncology department No known psychological disorder Failure to attend psychotherapy counseling sessions in the last three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue participating in the study Failure to answer questionnaire questions more than 20% Participation in psychotherapy sessions during and three months after the intervention
