Patients were advised to mix one full spoon of honey with one teaspoon full cinnamon in boiling water and to be take it 3 times a day for one week.

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: patients in rang of 20-60 Y/O; life expectancy more than 6 month; willingness to participation in the study
