Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female bodybuilders aged 18–35 years Willingness to participate signing informed consent Possession of a smartphone Minimum of 6 months of bodybuilding experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation Presence of medical conditions limiting physical activity or diet modification Pregnancy or lactation Inability to complete the study
