Acupuncture group: Designated areas based on anatomical pattern of distribution by needle 13 G specific acupuncture points acupuncture
Placebo acupuncture group: Areas outside of the channel to a distance of 3 cm from the principal point of avoiding compliance with the acupuncture channels are stimulated.
Control group: There is no intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients candidate for abdominal hysterectomy; Age 35-65 yr; Consent to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: History of metabolic and endocrine disorders lead to autonomic neuropathy; History of brain injury and brain surgery; Diseases of thyroid dysfunction; Cardiomyopathy; Psychological Disorders; Patients who receive blood products; The patients received metoclopramide, Granisetron, Dexamethasone and propofol ; BMI more tahn 30 kg/m² ; Patients who had previously been treated with acupuncture; Patients with hyperthermia (more than 38 C°) and hypothermia (less than 36 C°); Substance abuse; Patients receiving vasodilators or medications that alter thermoregulation ; Refusal to participate in the study.
