Intervention 1: Intervention: 300 mg (2 ml) of Paracetamol (Apotel manufactured by UNIPHARMA SA) and 45 ml of Lidocaine 0.5%, IV in distal end of operated upper extremity. Intervention 2: Control gro
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention: 300 mg (2 ml) of Paracetamol (Apotel manufactured by UNIPHARMA SA) and 45 ml of Lidocaine 0.5%, IV in distal end of operated upper extremity
Control group: Injection of 45 ml of Lidocain 0.5% in under operation hand and separate injection of 4 mg morphine IV

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients 20 to 70 years of age; ASA I -II; plan for orthopedic surgery on the hand with intravenous anesthesia (Bier Block) Exclusion criteria: the people who are above 70 years of age; people who are ASA Class III and IV; positive history of drug addiction; heart disease - liver; Allergy to local anaesthetics.
