Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Age between 60 to 75 years; Being at first stage of hypertension(based on the information in the file); No history of using other methods of complementary medicine simultaneously; No history of any acute and limiting psychological and physical illnesses ( known by physician); Being Interested in participating in the study; Speaking Persian; And being muslims. Exclusion criteria:Being exposure d on an acute stress during the study; Using other methods of complementary medicine; Not satisfied from Continuing to participate in the study; Any acute circumstances leading to hospitalization during the study; Absence of more than one session from eight.
